During my work on Bands I was also responsible for the development and realization of the game in Flash. Through this I was able to collect invaluable experience about development and testing of games and especially games for browsers.
Bands is a Social Game published on Facebook. Bands is not only a Social game it is also a Platform for users to discover new Music and share their favourite Music with their friends. The Gameplay features highscore based arcade concerts individualized to your favourite Music.

Deadline

Deadline was realized in the UDK (Unreal Development Kit, an early free version of the Unreal Engine) and I was responsible for multiple game related front-end task. With my main responsibility being a spline based path finding and camera control to realize a 2.5D style perspective.
Deadline is a Tower Defense with a little twist. Not only do you place towers you also are inside an office tower, playing Bernd the Sanitor who tries to fend of a Zombie assault through his sanitation roboter UDO. The goal is to help Bernd survive on the roof till he gets rescued, by manipulation chairs, cabinets and fans.

Krazy Kindergarten was a very innovative project, tying a simulation of AI agents with voice and face recognition as controls. Through this I gained a lot of experience on how to implement scientific theories and papers into applied development.
Krazy Kindergarten is a two player Cooperative Simulation in which the players try to control a hoard of kindergarten Children via Voice and Face Recognition. The Simulation was developed and presented for the "Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften 2010" at the Mediadesign Hochschule Berlin.

Labcon was the first game for whose development I was solely responsible. I learned a lot about realizing concepts into actual programming and specifically used multiple path finding algorithms.
Labcon is a turn based Strategy Game in which advanced AI Kitchen Tools fight genetically altered rodents. The game was developed in 4 weeks as a student project by a team of five.

Learning Games was my first ever commercial project. I was responsible for a small learning game which was part of a collection that was show cased at the Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften 2008 in Berlin.
In Cooperation with Freie Universität Berlin originated a series of small learning games about physical and biological principles.
