project description
I was entirely responsible, during the whole development of the city-building game Mayority, for the project management. This includes the initial team building, conception of the game and planning for the duration of the project, as well as the distribution of tasks and supervision of the same during the development. During the final stages I was also responsible for the creation and supervision of testcases and am still one of two of the main contact persons for Mayority
Mayority is a city building game for iPhone, Android, PC, Mac and Linux. In Mayority the player gets thrown into the role of mayor for a small rural town that suddenly has a steady influx of new citizens. It's the players task to look after the needs and wants of his new protegés or he won't be mayor for long. The game is the result of an original concept by Paul Zuckermann and me. I have worked on Mayority from original concept to paper protypes, several digital prototypes to the final product

NUTS
project description
The NUTS project had many challenges. During its one year lifetime I held the title of project owner in a scrum oriented process, was responsible for the backlog and task distribution for over 25 freelancers and was the main designer of the project. Unfortunately the project, including the game and general vision, could never be fully realized. But the experience and knowledge gained during the project are irreplaceable.

During my work on Bands I was among others responsible for the daily stand up meetings of the scrum process, managed and distributed tasks concerning the game design and front-end development and led sprint plannings.
Bands is a Social Game published on Facebook. Bands is not only a Social game it is also a Platform for users to discover new Music and share their favourite Music with their friends. The Gameplay features highscore based arcade concerts individualized to your favourite Music.
